Dr Grewal is recognised by all medical insurers. His fees are aligned to other similar London-based psychiatrists.
Please note, remote appointments are charged at the same rate as face-to-face appointments, and that all self-pay patients must settle payment in full to secure appointments.
In person assessments and sessions are at 10 Harley Street London W1G 9PF, except on Saturdays.
On Saturdays Dr Grewal works with colleagues at Cognacity, who are global experts in mental health & performance. This is based at 22 Welbeck Street London W1G 8EF.

ADHD assessments and treatments
It is worthwhile ensuring your GP is prepared to consider GP Shared Care prescribing arrangements before embarking on treatment.
Handing prescribing to the GP is usually after three treatment sessions, once treatment is working and well tolerated.
Patients must be reviewed by a consultant psychiatrist every 6-12 months after transfer of prescribing to the GP.
Medication cost fluctuate and typically vary from £70 -£170 per month, depending on type of treatment and dose.
Dr Grewal has expertise in these assessments. The cost of ADHD assessments is £900, which is across two sessions as follows:
Session 1: £450 initial assessment, screening tools and data gathering.
If it is obvious that ADHD is not the issue, we can pause, discuss and a full refund for Session 2 is given.
Session 2: £450 completion and review of further detailed testing, report writing and ADHD treatment planning.
ADHD treatment initiation sessions are £230 until GP transfer of medications.
Typically a minimum of three sessions is required before GPs can take over prescriptions.
Medication costs are borne by the patient.
