BOOKING INFORMATION
Payment is requested to secure appointments, and in advance of the appointment. Your can use your credit/debit card paying for all appointments. Credit card details are stored on a secure database for use towards future appointments, outstanding charges, telephone advise, prescription and medical reports.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us within 5 days of your appointment for full refund. Where there is less notice a cancellation fee there is no refund of fees.
